Making A Purchase While the best, and most efficient method is online via our 100% Secure server, we can also take your orders either by email (orders@inspectioncameras.co.uk ), by fax (020 8122 9585) and over the phone (020 8965 7679).
We accept the following credit and debit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, and Electron. Payment for UK orders can also be made by cheque, in which case, orders will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared. The cheque should be drawn on a UK bank, be in Pounds Sterling, and made payable to Cadogon. Please address postal orders for the attention of the 'Sales Dept' to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible. Please note that until we have confirmed the order to you by email or phone, no offer of sale is made. |
Shipping And Handling The majority of orders delivered to UK addresses are dispatched either the same day or the next working day, via CitiLink Courier services. You can therefore expect to receive your items within 1-2 working days after you have placed your order. For unusually heavy items, delivery may take an extra day or so, so please contact us if you have an urgent order in such cases. The ordering process includes you giving us your email details, so if there is any delay expected, we can inform you straight away.
If you need something by guaranteed next day delivery, and don't mind paying a little extra, just give us a call, and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.
International deliveries may take a day or two extra.

Delivery Schedule For UK orders, you should normally receive goods within 1-2 working days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the rare circumstance arises whereby we are unable to deliver within our usual delivery time (1-2 working days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.
